01 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and participate in gaming on 3333pet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. These rules are strictly enforced to protect all players.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must reside in a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must hold a valid bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.
• Minors are not permitted to use 3333pet under any circumstances.
• Users whose accounts have been previously closed are not eligible to re-register.

02 Account Registration & Identity Verification

Each user may only open one account on 3333pet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be required for identity verification.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Opening an account using another person's information is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

3333pet may request identity verification at any time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on 3333pet can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 3–5 minutes.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Depositing funds from illegal or non-transparent sources is strictly prohibited.

04 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from 3333pet. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though in some cases it may take up to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• 3333pet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 200,000.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.

• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
